Order Confirmation Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Delivery Time Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Risk of Loss All shipments include tracking. Once an item is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

For damaged or incorrect items, Snatched covers all replacement costs.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your request.
